Scope of Work: SP+ was retained by The Triad Group to perform a review of the parking facilities at 23 Elm Street in Watertown, Massachusetts. Services included the following:
Reviewed locations of comparable size and location across the Country including data on number of spaces, peak demand, and type of information in order to document a market standard for comparison.
Assembled an operating plan including a recommended staffing plan.
Conducted and operational review of garage plans and provided recommendations on vehicle ingress/egress area, entry/exit control lanes/queuing areas, and design of vehicular traffic circulation.
Created a proposed in-lane valet stacking layout.
